real, strong women

Alpha Tau's executive board consists of 13 women who best entail the five membership standards of the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity. Executive Board members run for election and are voted into leadership by their very own sisters. The most responsible and trusted leaders of the fraternity make up the executive board to lead the chapter to success. These thirteen women take their positions for the full twelve months of the calendar year. Here you can meet all thirteen women of our real, strong executive board.

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite Alpha Chi Omega memory thus far is Fall 2014 recruitment. I loved showing off our house and meeting all of the sweet potential new members. It's such a cool experience when all of greek life can come together to participate in recruitment.

WHY ALPHA CHI // When I went through fall recruitment, it felt like home when I walked into Alpha Chi. The house was beautiful, the rooms were all different sizes and colors, and the sisters were so genuine. I immediately saw myself fitting in. I currently live in house and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // I have A LOT of favorite memories, but I would have to say that taking a sisterhood trip to the Red Sox game was one of the best days. From singing songs the whole bus ride there to running around Fenway Park, I made some unforgettable memories that day.

WHY ALPHA CHI // I say to choose Alpha Chi because you are never going to be alone. There is always a group of sisters behind you know matter what you have to do. FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite memory of AXO would have to be the days of fall recruitment. We all get together to practice cheers. There are so many funny things that happen from people tripping or shouting the wrong word. In my opinion, it is the best bonding experience between the sisters of Alpha Chi.

WHY ALPHA CHI // I chose Alpha Chi because when I walked in the door I felt like I was at home. Our house is so welcoming with the smell, decorations, and especially the girls. I took one step in and knew it was home. I love our philanthropy and most of all, the sisters who make the house the warm welcoming fun place it is.

FUTURE PLANS // After sadly graduating UNH I hope to work for a fashion company in human resources. I want to help the company become a better community where employees can be happy to come to work!

SOPHOMORE // CLASS OF 2017
NEW MEMBER CLASS OF FALL 2013
COMMUNICATIONS MAJOR //  JUSTICE STUDIES & FORENSIC SCIENCE MINOR
HAMPTON, NH

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // Living in the house is my favorite memory as a whole. While living in the house I have gotten so close with different sisters and bonded over things that are much deeper than what I’m going to wear to go out or how much homework I have. The girls in AXO are always there for me. They know when I’m upset and appreciate me as a person, just how I appreciate each and everyone one of them.

WHY ALPHA CHI // I never would have thought I would be in a sorority, but I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to do so. Alpha Chi Omega stood out to me during recruitment because everyone was so genuine. I felt like I fit in right away. These were the girls I knew I could have fun with, study with, laugh with, and cry with.

FUTURE PLANS // After I graduate I would love to be in charge of PR for a major corporation. I also want to travel as much as possible. I, of course, want to get married, raise a family, just be happy and live.

My job is to keep up with all our social media, MyChapterRoom, Lyre Links, and other backstage tasks. I try to get our name out to the public in a positive light in any way possible. I love getting all of our pretty smiling faces out there and show everyone on campus what a great chapter we have.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT & POLICY
HURLEY, NY

CAMPUS INVOLVMENT // Student Organization of Health Leadership, Students for St. Jude

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite AXO memories are from living in the house. Being with your sisters all day and night makes you closer than you ever imagained. Whether it be staying up all night talking in the kitchen or watching movies in the TV room, there is never a dull moment.

WHY ALPHA CHI // I loved AXO from the minute I walked in the door during recruitment. I felt comfortable and like I really fit in. Everyone is so genuine and unique and there's always someone you can relate to.

FUTURE PLANS // I love traveling and hope that when I graduate I'll be able to take advantage of all of everything I've learned and see them first hand. My major is in the health field so I can really go anywhere with it, which gives me another outlet to travel!

I am in charge of organizing sisterhood, parents, and alunmae events. I love my position because I feel like I'm the one who brings everyone together for the fun! I don't want anyone to get caught up in all of our mandatory events and forget to enjoy themselves. I want to plan things that everone will enjoy and get something beneficial out of it at the same time.

JUNIO// CLASS OF 2016
NEW MEMBER CLASS OF FALL 2013
COMMUNICATIONS // BUSINESS
KILLINGWORTH, CT

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite memory of being an Alpha Chi is my first year participating in recruitment on the other side. Bonding with my sisters for 3 consecutive days through the good times and the stressful times meant so much to me.

WHY ALPHA CHI // Because you always have a sister to get coffee with, laugh with, cry with, eat with, and you'll never be lonely. You can't choose your family but blood's just red. Alpha Chi is my family for now and forever.

FUTURE PLANS // I plan to attend graduate school after UNH. After achieving my masters, I hope to work at a large company like Nike or Proctor & Gamble in the marketing department specifically to work with product marketing.

It is my job to plan a fall and spring philanthropy event the supports Domestic Violence Awareness. I love seeing hard work benefit actual people in need.

SOPHOMORE // CLASS OF 2017
NEW MEMBER CLASS OF FALL 2013
PSYCHOLOGY
FORD, NJ

CAMPUS INVOLVMENT // Dance Marathon

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite AXO memory was the Red Sox's baseball game we all went to in the spring. It was fun to get all of the sisters together to take a little trip away from all of the school work for at least a day. Even though I am not a Red Sox's fan, I had such an amazing time with my sisters!

WHY ALPHA CHI // Alpha Chi made me feel at home the first second I walked into the house on recruitment weekend. I knew absolutely no one when I came to this school and as soon as I walked into AXO, it felt like I was right at home. Alpha Chi has given me the greatest of friends and family that I could have ever asked for.

FUTURE PLANS // When I get older I want to work for an adoption agency. I want to help kids find the right family that they belong to!

I am responsible for organizing events, formals, and wedding mixer. Throughout the semester I am booking venues, DJs, and bus companies. I wanted this position because I wanted to become more involved with Alpha Chi Omega and to get to know a bunch of people outside of AXO! I am a very sociable person and I like to be in charge of planning which is why I'm perfect for this position.

VP Panhellenic Delegate

Emily Fuller

SOPHOMORE // CLASS OF 2017
NEW MEMBER CLASS OF FALL 2013
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: MARKETING
BRIDGEWATER, MA

CAMPUS INVOLVMENT // Dance Marathon

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite AXO memory was homecoming as a new member. I remember the week long celebration as much more than just a school event, because it was the week that I really met all of the girls in my class and bonded with them in a more relaxed setting. I met my best friends that week, as well as became closer with almost 80 older sisters who I had been scared to talk to before I realized how welcoming they were to all the me and the other new members.

WHY ALPHA CHI // I get this question a lot and its so hard to actually answer it because there are so many intangible and indescribable things about Alpha Chi that makes it what it is. I like to describe it as a place where you can walk into after a long day, put your PJs on and there is no judgement. Our chapter is filled with selfless, beautiful girls inside and out. There isn't anything else in this world like AXO and thats the only way to even start to describe it.

FUTURE PLANS // After college I would love to get a job in either of my major fields. If not I would love to be the person who works in HR and has to find the new applicants on Facebook, Twitte, and LinkedIn. I'm awesome at finding people on social media websites so I think I could definitely do that job. I want to travel to Greece, ideally. Though, hopefully I'll go all over the world before I die!

My job is to be the liaison between Alpha Chi and the other Panhellenic chapters on campus, as well as the Panhellenic council. I wanted this position from the start because I looked forward to get to know other girls in other chapters. I think in doing that we can strengthen the Greek community as a whole at UNH!

VP Intellectual Development

Miranda Coleman

JUNIO// CLASS OF 2016
NEW MEMBER CLASS OF FALL 2013
NEUROSCIENCE MAJOR // JUSTICE STUDIES FORENSICS MINOR
WARWICK, RI

CAMPUS INVOLVMENT // Order of Omega, Campus Rec

FAVORITE AXO MEMORY // My favorite AXO memory was a sisterhood retreat. This retreat required a group of sisters to take pictures with objects around campus and whomever came back to the house first won. One of our pictures had to be with something red, so we went to Durham Fire Department to ask if we could take a picture with the fire truck. The firemen pulled the truck out of the garage just so us group of sisters could take a picture with it which was very sweet of them.

WHY ALPHA CHI // Alpha Chi Omega is more than 130+ women wearing the same letters. From the moment I accepted my bid to Alpha Chi Omega I knew this is where I belonged. The amazing women in this sorority ALWAYS have your back, and are always encouraging you to reach your highest potential. These women I am surrounded by are the most caring and genuine people I've ever met.

FUTURE PLANS // After I graduate, I plan on taking my MCATs and hopefully be accepted to medical school. My dream job is to be a neurologist, and to work at Boston Children's Hospital. I would love to travel the world someday, but for right now I'd love to just go somewhere tropical.

I am in charge of making sure all sisters uphold the standard 2.75 GPA requirement, along with providing academic resources to sisters. I wanted the position of Intellectual Development because second to my family, school and my grades are the most important things in my life.
